DUI
If you’re arrested for DUI in Clay, Duval or St. Johns County you are eligible for a payment plan with our office. Some cases can be very expensive, everyone cannot afford to pay the attorney fees in advance as most attorneys require. You may be able to eligible for a payment plan contract. Drug Possession
If you were arrested for possession of cannabis or cocaine in Clay, Duval, or St. Johns County you may be eligible for a payment plan. You may click on the link to apply for monthly payments. Trafficking
If you’re arrested for trafficking in cannabis you may be eligible to make monthly payments. If you were arrested for trafficking in cocaine, GHB, heroin, hydrocodone, MDMA, ecstasy, molly, methamphetamine, meth, crystal meth, oxycodone, oxycontin, hydrocodone, xanax. Battery and Assault
Have you been arrested for assault or battery? If you are arrested for domestic battery or an assault you may be eligible to hire our law firm with a payment plan through Lending USA. We handle aggravated battery cases, domestic battery and felony battery cases. If you cannot afford to pay the attorney fee in advance as it is generally required you may be able to apply for a payment plan. Lending USA will allow you to choose a monthly payment plan that fits within your budget 36 months or 60 months. Checking your payment amount should not hurt your credit score with Lending USA.
